Sewer Skill card bug?

Sewer Skill card bug?

I had a hero with the sewer skill card which indicated all units stacked with him could use sewer movement, however, each time I tried to utilise the skill, only the hero moved to the selected stone building, notwithstanding that all other units in the hex were highlighted at the time; is this a bug?

Secondly, due to incoming fire a crew abandoned a halftrack, then rallied and when returned to the hex containing the halftrack were unable to mount it as a message indicated that the halftrack had insufficient movement points remaining. Is this intentional? Once abandoned, can a vehicle ever be re-manned?

Pretty sure if a hero has that card only he gets to move through the sewers. If leader has it he can take squads with him.

Abandoned vehicles cannot be re-manned.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
