My problem doesn't fit the above description. It wasn't a problem in shipping or a defective disk.

you can see I was told by Matrix to wait for a post in this forum. That was back in November 2002. I was being patient, I would think.

BTW....used the help desk, but there was no category for the problem. I just put it under shipping. He is hoping there is some attentioned paid to the automated message.
