There are a number of air to ground attacks by our boys over Moulmein which is discovered to have a Japan-mens CAP. No antishipping attacks by us.

Okinawa: Yorktown is on station near Kume-jima trying to kill any WJD transports. She draws a few Anns without escort. You can guess what happens.
Kume-jima goes to level 3. Engineers embarking for that little island East of Okinawa which I cant remember the name of. 3rd Marine Div (less a couple of dozen 37mm ATG's which are in Pago Pago because the USMC didn't chose the "next week delivery" option.
Fifth Bomber Command (B-24's) moving to Miyako-jima (which is nearly level 7) to begin night raids on Nagasaki in a few days.

Might be the Leach whom commanded the Prince of Wales, looked good in uniform on wiki.
Wrong Leach.
"Make our speed 22 kts! Gunnery officer, you may make your target that big ship over there. Would someone please put these champagne flutes away?
SNL did a great little skit about him that ended with the devil dragging him off while Leach announced "I'm going to hell and I don't know why!" [:D]

Meanwhile at the breastaurant pier side in Moulmein harbor: "look my dear, the harbor is positively ablaze tonight."
Obviously impressed, " Oh Mandrake, you shouldn't have."

DAMN! I love this picture.

Imagine my surprise, when, during my fact-finding mission to Moulmein, I discovered Thai girls are quite lightly pigmnented and have large breasesses

O god, worst AAR ever already hit 500 pages.
Now we know the thread doesn't stop at 500 pages. It's a myth...like the Y2K bug.
Let's do the math. 500 pages..divided by 11...carry the 4... 45 1/2 pages per day of battle!
Sadly, we will never reach 1 million views. [:(][;)]

RE: USS Baffins Bridge
I'm waiting for Sprior to post the translation. That could take another 1000 pages.

Yes, we only realized it was a myth AFTER it was done. [:D][;)]
Our company bought 200 doornob light reflectors and 5 metric tons of cat litter to use as a makeshift latrine. [:D][:D]
We actually hired a consultatnt. [:D]

RE: USS Baffins Bridge
As the guy who spent the first two weeks of 2000 holding his thumb up next to columns of numbers representing stock performance at 2:30am Pacific time and saying 'Yeah that looks about right - send it', I can say there were some elements of truth to Y2K fear mongering.
To add an element of personal horror - if you were in the equity markets in any way at that time you (or your manager, fund, pool...) were using those numbers.

The only proper use for those 5 metric tons of kitty litter was to dump them on the consultant after using it for latrine purposes. I imagine the consultant was employed by the consulting division of M&M Enterprises. I would provide a link to M&M Consultants, but there are so many of them to choose among from a Google search.

**************A rook back...and pranning************
I finally opened up the turn. We lost 2 DD's, one RAN and one RNN and two CL's in the last 2 nights. Also 2 AP's with an AK about to sink.
One IJN DD is claimed. One CA seems pretty badly shot up as is Musashi. In fact, 5 Jakes were destroyed on the ground yesterday. [X(] They weren't the planes at Moulmein, those were Dinahs.
How many float planes does Musashi carry? Could it be she sank?
The two RN R-class BB's were towed around in circles because of all the combatants nearby. I doubt they will make Chittagong. Maybe Ramree? Or it might be beter to send them to Moulmein and disband and get some naval support up there.
The landing groups were all scared off 120-200 miles to the West. One RN CL and DD still have good ammo. They can probably come back to Moulmein. Does JJ have a third SCTF on its way?
PoW will safely make port barring sub attack.
Operation Sticky Green: Rendezvous complete and refueling of the carriers done. We push off for the Kuriles today from a point about 450 mi South of Adak.
Okinawa/Kyushu: V Bomber command at Horycrappo-jima less a dozen B-24's still being repaired on Luzon. Crews are laying more runway. First night raid over home islands in 1 day perhaps (field nowat 6.91)
Engineers moving by LST to that little Jima East of Okinawa that we already seized by airdrop.
Kume-jima is level 3.

Ermmm.....ummmm.....ragarding that naming contest...well...it seems that Essex class that showed up in Panama already had a name, an actual Revolutionary War battle (Bunker Hill) and I can't change it, but we did contract with a firm out of Karenko to help.
Word is Yorktown II is still coming.

I admire your problem but I do not have a solution unless the the hard drive on your dead laptop is still good. When my laptop gave up the ghost, I literally ripped the hard drive out and still use it. I bought an adapter for a few bucks that connects to the hard drive with a USB cable. I transferred the whole game over to the new laptop.
