RJW - Double Eagle-Rising sun naval question

Post by SMK-at-work »

I can't figure out how to move naval in this game - each ship comes as a hull plus its onboard artillery - but if you try to move the ship you get a question "Abandon all fixed weapons to move?" - and if you move all the artillery disappears!!

Anyone got any ideas what the problem is??

Which version of the scenario do you have? If it is 3.0 then yes it is a problem with the scenario. But versions 3.2 and 3.3 both work ok AFAIK.

Best wishes,
Steve

Ah - that'd be it - it's v3.0, which says it is for TOAW 3.4 - thanks - I'll find an updated version somewhere...
