Where are you getting the WiF Counters for your Avatars?

World in Flames is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. World In Flames is a highly detailed game covering the both Europe and Pacific Theaters of Operations during World War II. If you want grand strategy this game is for you.

I suddenly realized the the original HMS Warspite is now available as an avatar. Maybe is time for me to change my avatar to a grand ship. [:)]

Especially since I for a while now have been pondering on a script where she is included.

Thanks, but it is not good. It looks like the JPG converted to a BMP.
What I need is a BMP created right from a MWiF with KiF screenshot.
Alternatively, if you have KiF installed, you can send me a screenshot of the units dialog with the Warspite selected, and save it as a BMP directly.

From your JPG, I came up with that, but from a BMP it would be better.

Here's the bmp file

Hi Patrice - it was screenshotted directly from the units description page in KiF. Can't do any better. You'll have to install KiF yourself if you want the highest quality. It is available in the Mods forum.

Not sure where you're getting your shade of khaki; mine came from a K.I.F. sheet counter scan.
and I hate to suggest it but your colour has just a little too much pixel noise for me.

I got it from WarHunter's mod. "Pixel noise"? Apologies for being dense but I have no idea what that means ....... [;)]

This is what I was saying. Even on the BMP you sent, when you zoom on it to see the pixels, there are a lot of pixels from other colors than the background color. It looks like a JPG file converted back to BMP, as if your screen capture software was directly exporting the screenshot as a JPG file.

I used Greenshot, which directly imports into Paint. Could be the case.

Thanks Patrice.

Could I ask one last favour please? Could you post the original blue Warspite as I lost the original when my computer crashed?

It would be nice to have her in case I get bored of the Khaki.
