I have had 2 team members reach 10 victories but then my team gets decimated. The most money I have been able toaccumalate is around 9,000. I guess I'm not that good.

Yeah well I lost my second game after being unable to maintain my team after only five or so races! So its not easy.

I've done 76 races overall and one of my aurigas is meanwhile faction leader (actually tied with the former AI dude but my guy is showing) with 13 of my 21 victories. I've arrived at Circus Maximus (got one win there so far) with around 120k in the bank - but I've hit a bit of a glass ceiling. That one victory in Caesar's circus perhaps came a bit lucky I guess, because in the races since my top guy hasn't been able to keep up with the top 3-4 aurigas. Henceforth, I'm scouting for better horses right now and might have to briefly leave Italia to find them...

Edit: Nevermind - the 82nd race did it for me, third victory at Maximus and end of campaign. I thought it had to be the same guy winning there three times, guess I was wrong - final score was 240.
