Daz,
Thanks for this. I'm starting to look at this scenario. It looks interesting trying to secure all those bridges.
Have a good day,
Mike

Daz,
I'm developing my plan for this scenario and each time I loaded it, the enemy forces are displayed differently. In your picture above, the two assault gun companies show up with a 4 and a 5 in strength. Sometimes, I'm finding those two counters show up as armour and sometimes as assault guns - the latest time they are assault guns with a strength rating of 6.
This is all before the game starts - once it starts, I can understand things changing as my forces build the Int picture, but I would have thought that the initial picture would remain static.
This is not a big deal, but is surprising.
Have you noticed this?
Have a good day,
Mike

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away for a bit.
Are your settings on the Historical reinforcements?
It sounds like you may be using standard reinforcements which gives you alternate entry locations.
Thanks CptEggman [:)]
I have been playing with the 3D feature on Photoshop for the last few days.
This is what I have come up with so far.
Unfortunately when I added the background on the second image, I lost the detail in the writing on the unit cards after the render [:(]
I'll continue to play with it when I get time to see if I can get it right.
So its still a work in progress, just thought you might like to see what I have done so far.

Very cool Daz.
Your Photoshop skills have come along way from where you started.
I'm envious of the free time you must have to do all this.

I'm an insomniac.
I have lived on only about 4 hours sleep a day for years now.
It means I get to fit a lot more into my life [;)]

Think I am done with the reinforcement schedule now.
The arrows under the unit formation cards, that have the arrival times on, are colour coded to represent the light conditions that they are due to arrive in.
The blue is daylight, shades of orange to represent, dawn, sunrise, sunset and dusk, and black for night.
Hope you find it useful.

Thanks Dave [:)]
For those that may be interested, this is my chopping board where I cut out the shapes and arranged the formations into the right order in 2D, before changing them into 3D counters.

Starting on the objectives now.
I have the bits separated out on their own layer, but now for the hard part..
experimenting on a fancy way to display them [;)]

Maybe it's time for a photoshop DAR

RE: Loseim Gap Planning Aids
Did you mean AAR mate?
I'm not sure what a DAR is?
This is what I have come up with so far.
I am hoping to incorporate the reinforcements into the same image, eventually.
Its taking a long time though as I am having a lot of problems positioning the flags once they are turned into 3D objects, because although the map looks 3D its actually on a vertical plane not a horizontal one, because I had to put it into Google earth first to get the relief.
Unfortunately this leaves me with a flat image that just looks 3D, and when I tip it on its side to allow the flags to be easily placed in 3D space it disappears as the image becomes edge on!
As you can probably guess by that gobbledegook, I have no real idea what I am doing, and just making it up as I go [:D]

RE: Loseim Gap Planning Aids
Well I have managed to get all the flags (signs) into 3D space now, as can be seen by the shadows.
After all that effort I'm not convinced it looks any better [:'(]
I would like to stick to the theme of a 3D model on the table top with cut out counters for the reinforcements, and flags for the objectives.
This is meant to give the theme a feel of a group of officers stood around the model, while being given orders at HQ, while the commander sticks the objective flags into the model, and pushes the reinforcement counters into position.
I hope to eventually have the objectives, and the reinforcements on the same image with a background to suit the theme.
Will have to wait to see if I have the patience to carry it through [;)]

Love the final reinforcements image, Daz. Very useful indeed.

Thanks guys [:)]
I'm going to leave this project for a bit now though to concentrate on the Greyhound Dash scenario, because of the request for help from Gefreiter Wardstein.
