Possible Replenishment TF bug?

I have a replenishment task force that was set to meet and refuel another task force and had remain on station set.

After meeting the task force and refueling it is still following the task force even though the details of the meeting have been cleaned from the display. Refueling message from ops report (details redacted):

Task Force 219 has refueled TF 330 at XXX, XXX and is remaining on station

I think this is the turn where the refueling happened.

It does say under the set TF Destination that it is meeting TF 330. Personally I would give it a destination of its home port and then set the patrol zone to where I wanted it to be.
I tend to think your orders confused the routine.

Yes, resetting orders does seem to have worked - I'll see next turn.

I expected it to meet, refuel and remain in place - which I think has happened before.
