Hex info question

Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. TOAW3 is updated and enhanced version of the TOAW: Century of Warfare game series. TOAW3 is a turn based game covering operational warfare from 1850-2015. Hex info question

Gents -

Have been away for quite a while, have reread the rules and now playing Kasserine 43 as the Allies.

Question: When mousing over a unit or stack of units; the popup includes a "SP 17%" (as an example). Does SP stand for Stacking Penalty?

TOAW is an outstanding game, I needed a detailed land combat game and this is it.

Mac,

That is how much supply is getting to the hex. Please note though, it is not necessarily the amount of supply that a unit in the hex will receive.
