HQ moves and crashes game

Post by celebrindal »

Ok I'm down in Syria and Iraq with the German and Italian HQ's moving into Russia.

I've aligned the Iraq's with Germany.

I've expended a supply depot for the HQ (Graz).

I have moved the HQ up in a previous impulse.

I can move Balbo around both in or out of Iraq/Syria and no issues.

As soon as I pick up and attempt to drop Graziani, even in the same hex, it crashes to desktop.

A quick investigation shows that moving the HQ which is a primary supply source for the turn is the problem. It should be easy to fix.

I spent some time working on this today.

Do you have a saved game from before the Supply Unit was spent to make the HQ a primary supply source?
I have a bug on my list having to do with the HQ not immediately becoming a primary supply source when the Supply Unit is expended. I would like to have a saved game where I can test what happens then.

Here is the file. It's right before I expended the supply.. as an fyi it did cause me issues right after I expended and had some goofy stuff when moving around after, but in all cases was able to fix with the exit reload fix.

This one where it pukes on touching the hq I couldn't get by.

Edit: I have a turn where I was able to move it.. It was the very first land unit moved in Syria..

Thank you. [Yesterday I fixed the problem with moving the HQ after it becomes a primary supply source.]
