New Scenario for testing: Operation Urgent Fury (1984) V2.0

This scenario is a remake of the first version that corrects a few issues.
*Changed events so as sonobuoy deployment would not be scored as a weapon release.
*Added events so as damaging or destroying enemy ships would negatively impact score (yes, attacking even in self defense is counted against the player.)
*Changed briefing to reflect that the scenario is a search and destroy on a single target and that the player will loose points if any other hostile units are attacked.

Keep in mind that this scenario has only one authorized target and you can only attack that target when you receive the message to do so.
