Error Placing CPs on new 1.1.8 Public Beta

When I try to place any CW CPs in the Azanian Sea I get:

[TConnections.GetItem]: Index out of range = 277479423

Nope, its not just the Azanian Sea.

I rebooted, tried a fresh setup and it happened when trying to place a CW CP in the South China Sea.

I get an error message, I send the bug report and continue and the CPs switch back to the set up box.

I try again and get the previously mentioned [TConnections.GetItem]: Index out of range = 277479423

I think I fixed this today but I need to go through all the recent reports to confirm that my fix corrects your (and others') problems. I hope to have 1.1.8.2 available as a Public Beta later this week.
