Mel, Extract All over top of existing directory
Just browse to the top directory that CMANO is in, eg c: Matrix Games/Command Modern Air Naval Operations and replace all files.

Stupid question but how do I get this to work, do I just download it into the CMANO folder?

first you have to download the zip file, than extract it directly into your "Command Modern Air Naval Operations"
main folder, overwrite all files.
