British Somaliland Territorial is out of supply even though the Indian INF in the same hex IS IN supply.

Confirmed as well. Territorials are a bit special, and need a bit more attention than they have been given (they are buggy in the off-city reinforcements optional as well, as you can see in another thread)

You are right about Prince Paul not being able to provide supply to any Italian TERR. If there isn't an Italian HQ around, than that's a bug too...

Another using same save game. looks like problems with territorials.

French territorial with open sea lanes to US, Senegal, wherever you want. Not using overseas supply rule.

The New Caledonian territorial would have to trace to a French supply source. Cooperating major powers won't be able to provide supply (e.g., Rumanian units cannot trace to Italian cities for supply).

Gotcha. New Caledonian must trace to French source. Using that save game you should see that their is an unimpeded path of sea areas to Senegal which is the French capital.

One thing to note is that there is a Spanish MIL sitting in Dakar. Might that have an effect?
