Understanding Arcs

Hi guys,

just one question about this wonderful game.
I've a US CVBG and looking for air def arcs, I can see, for example (as you can look in the pics attached), that CG Shilo as most of the air def arc on his forward. The arc is not complete in the back.
But if I check on Baloogan's wiki page, I read that the air def system of the same CG class cover all the 360° arc.
Why on the game the arc that Shilo is covering is not of 360°?

Looks to me like sonar arcs too.
