can't find editor

Hi, I have updated the game and installed Kiddytoto's mod but can't find the editor. Where is it located and what is it called? I would like to create a more historic version of the Sealion scenario.

I'm wondering if there's an editor at all. My understanding is that when initially released DCBWP didn't have a map editor but when DC: Case Blue was released - which does have a map editor - an update was made available that added an editor for DCBWP too. Can anyone let me know if that's correct?

The editor can be accessed through opening a scenario, and then pressing the button called edit.

And yes, an editor was added via patch, later on.
