This was fixed in various patched...but all my pre patch fix PBEM games still have the bug.

I talked to the programmer and he said the code is working correctly and that bargers are just hard to find. I did just reacently get two attacks on mutiple barges. It was in a PBEM game started in 2.2 and patched to 2.3. See attached.
