Not sure if this is a bug: Unit Parameters Setup

When editing a scenario, I can set Ammo to 100%, Training to 10, but Readiness and Morale only go to 99%.

The Readiness spinner will allow me to click up to 100 or type in 100. It stays at 100 when I adjust another setting. But when I "proceed", the unit is set to 99%.

The Morale widget will only click to 99. I can type in 100, but when I go to another setting control, the Morale control goes to 99. Entering 100 and hitting "proceed results in the unit's Morale set to 99.

I'll look into that. Should be a simple control edit.
