hello,

not sure as i'm not home and can't check it, but didn't AUS have an odds advantage in jungle?
Maybe it's that.

It would be great if this is true. Go Australia! Always thought only the Japanese were jungle trained in the game. Has it changed?

ok i've checked with 2d10 CRT get a +1 per marine, Japanese or Australian corps/army (must be elite) attacking a jungle hex(but final odds also have -4 for attacking a jungle hex).

May be air support was given and not counted in the first ratio but in the second? Just guessing.

Using 1D10 CRT.

My opponent and i sometimes during combat declartion just check attacks we don't plan on making just to see the odds. This is one of them.

The Australian militia is tasked to defend Singapore. Yet when the Japanese Cav division moved adjacent, i wanted to see what the odds would be attacking in the jungle.

We were quite surprised to see the odds as calculated.

I'm beginning to wonder if 1D10 crt is getting the same amount of beta testing as the 2D10.

Took a while but here is the save file, for anyone interested in looking at it themselves.

Here is RAW:

If the defending units are in a jungle hex, reduce the odds ratio by 1
level (e.g. 2:1 becomes 3:2 and 20:1 becomes 19:1). Ignore this effect
if all attacking land units are Japanese controlled.

So this attack should become a 5-1. The terrain modifier is clearly wrong in the odds calculation.

That is what we thought also. Thanks!

It's included in the Task list. When it will be dealt with, I don't know...
