[QUESTION] NOOB Q - OPPLAN 5027 - North Korea Scenario Anyone?

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before, but in learning the game and playing different scenarios (so far), I was surprised that I didn't see any modern day North Korea, PRC, Japan, US hypothetical scenarios (WIKI OPPLAN 5027 comes to mind).

In the community (since I'm a noob), is there a group or lead, that sorts through what scenarios folks want? Or a group of volunteers that help out in tackling these things? Or a place to volunteer to help with grunt work on a scenario (particularly if it's one you're personally interested in, even as a beginner to Command, or whatever you folks call this game (CMANO?)

Thoughts? I'm sure like most here, I don't have a ton of free time (usual work, kids, house, yard, projects , etc.), but I'd be willing to help in what limited way I could from time to time - I just don't know enough yet to (a) ask the right questions, or more importantly (b) ask them of the right person.

i am a beginner myself, what i do is to open some scenarios in the editor mode for learning how the event editor stuff works ("load excisting scenario"), also the community here is very helpful so if you have a specific question just ask it,
but be sure to use the search function of this forum first so you dont ask questions that are already answerd by other guys.

also in the first link from mikmyk is a link to the youtube channel from baloogan, there are dozens of helpful videos from him

Have been working on a scenario along these lines, needs some fine tuning but hope to release it here soon. The backround for my scenario
is a pre-emptive strike against NK nuke and Chemical weapons programs.
