Inteception messes up screen

After presenting what I feel is a high priority bug, I will now present a low priority one: Naval interception thoroughly messes up the screen. I present an example of what the screen looks like after the CW moved a carrier to the Western Med, both the Germans and Italians declined to intercept, and the carrier stopped in the three box.

As you can see, the screen looks like nothing on earth; I put the cursor over Gibraltar on the map, and MWiF thought it was somewhere in the Cape Verde Basin.

Now this is an easy enough problem to work around (just click on a map view), but it is annoying and a waste of time to have to do this on every interception attempt. (In my current game the Allies are moving from at least six different ports into at least three different sea boxes in the Western Med, so that is a lot of naval moves and declined interception attempts.)

Fixing this should wait until real bugs are fixed, but it should be fixed at some point.
