Some Games not downloadable

Hey folks,

i own Distant Worlds and every single Addon. Last Month, i had to reainstall Windows and i wanted to Download the whole collection, but i have noticed, that most of the downloads are not available. I only can download Legends and Return of the Shakturi, but not the Main Game and Shadows. I have registered all products, ive done it again just to be sure. How can i fix this problem?`
