Atrocities, not sure if you like Star Trek, there another game coming out during alpha stages, check with GalaxyCivilization3 on Steam. Many ST fans are looking forward to it. Dont think those models will do much good in here, unless you talking about Distant Worlds like Patton said.

Hello, thank you for your comment. Yes I am talking about Distant Worlds Universe. I want to use the IMAGES as replacements for the Distant Worlds stock component images. The stock component images in Distant Worlds Universe are not uniform, they are various random images that are frankly ugly. I want to replace them with new images (not models) that are more esthetically pleasing and focused to what the component is. When you see a gun, you know its a gun and not some sort of tooth paste container.

Hello, yes it is distant worlds universe that I am speaking about. My objective is to replace the stock component images with uniform looking images, (NOT MODELS) that have improved image quality and standardized orientation. Images that match the component they are coupled with. A missile looks like a missile, a Rail Gun looks like a rail gun. etc. I want to replace the, pardon me, ugly stock images with ones that are esthetically pleasing to look at.

OK, that's fine, but you posted this to the War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition part of the forum. I have never played Distant Worlds and I suspect a lot of others here haven't either. You would probably get a lot better feedback posting on the Distant Worlds part of the forum.
