A friendly game

I'm looking for a small, friendly game that sits at around 1500pts.

This will be my first PBEM game, so have patience with me.

1500 is indeed a smallish fight, about a reinforced company engagement. Do you have any other conditions (ie: C&C, limited artillery, limited armor, etc., etc., etc.)?

Yeah, I want to start small so I can basically get the hang of PBEM play. I'm sure it's fairly different from solitare, as you don't get to choose oppurtunity fire and such.

I don't really mind what we play with. Personally, I tend to play a rather average force consisting of infantry and medium tanks with light artillery support, but whatever you want is fine with me.

If you want to set the conditions, go ahead, I just want to play.

Are you using 7.1 or h2h? I have h2h loaded over my old 7.1 so I'm downloading the full 7.1 install. I don't want to start in the wrong version.

I don't mind the mix. I'd rather have a slightly larger than small board, and while I usually play with C&C on, I suggest we have it off since it's your first time against a human opponant. We'll keep historical availability off as well so you get the most variety of choice for the time frame.

My quess is that you're thinking meeting engagement?

Pick your side and let me know if you want to start of if you want me to. Random, medium board 1500 (make it 1700 and the cost for the A0 HQ doesn't take away from the force. Any choices as to theater, month and year are all up to you -- I've lost with almost every country's army and fought against most as well.

How modest, you know that you should not play with your food. Be careful Darkcloak, there is probably not a better player out there than V2. A good person to learn the ropes from it you can stand the beatings.

I've got v7.1. And I'll take either Germans, or US. I prefere somewhere between '43 and '44, but it doesn't really matter to me.
