Port attack on Sub Rule and Fatal Error

Global War Scenario

US has 2 Subs in a damaged Major Port. Japanese try conducting a Port Attack. Program asks if US wants to commit subs. It should not since Damaged Major = Minor Port where subs are auto committed. Subs manually committed but get fatal error.
