Physical Copy Damaged When I Received it

Post by uberknight72 »

I just got my physical copy of DW: U today and was very displeased to discover the game case was crushed and could not be closed completely plus the CD wasn't secured and was just shaking around the case and got scratched up. Does anyone know what I should do about this? This website seems to have no number to call and barely anything beyond a glorified FAQ for support. I would very much like to send it back and receive a new copy.

This game will be a gem in my collection. But atm it is in a totally unacceptable state for the 70 dollars I dished out to get it. (plus shipping)

Putting money on who shipped the disk. Though I will need to contact matrix to see about getting a replacement copy.

But thanks Placiddragon for the links :)

Hopefully I can get this clear up. I would love a Mint copy of this brliiant game

This is a bit scary. I am shipping mine to Australia and hopefully it survives the trip. To tell you the truth I am more excited about this in the mail than my passport

You're worried? Mine has got to make it to the UK, I just hope that they used steel resources in the construction build for the dispatch container

It depends a lot of who's selling you something - Sometimes I have more luck contacting the seller directly instead of taking the fight with the shipper.

It also depends on how well the packaging is on the product.

But of course we don't really have those UPS "box thrower" types over here in Scandinavia so mileage may vary :D

Please tell me it is supposed to reassure me about my package? Worst thing is it is starting to rain here frequently as winter is coming so I am worried if it sits in the mail for long.
