Re-combineding Units

I have a couple of Inf Divisions that I can't recombined because some of the units upgraded some equipment. I thought this was fixed many moon's ago?

Using the latest 07 Beta patch.

You thought what, exactly, was fixed? Of course you can not recombine where devices in one have upgraded and in others have not, and so on.

What you may be thinking as fixed is the addition of the extra button to turn upgrades on/off. When units are divided up, you can leave replacements on, but upgrades should be off.
