CW territorial in India out of supply

CW territorial in India out of supply

Why is the Kenyan territorial out of supply? It is sitting in Nãgpur, which is a CW primary supply source. Kenya is aligned with the CW, so it should be able to trace supply to any CW primary supply source. Kenya is cut off from India; there is no supply path from Kenya to India, but that should not make any difference.

For the saved game, use the same save as my question about Burma.

This bug was fixed in the 1.1.9.2 Beta. I missed this Beta when it came out. My apologies.
I thought I knew how to play this game....
