Scenario 19-3day turns-Quality Game

I am looking for ONE QUALITY scenario 19 experience as the US. 3 day turns-sub doctrine on or off, ship repair on, 100 % ship committment both sides. Can average one turn/day- (in the 6-9PM Western US Time Zone time period) I wish to savor the game not gulp it. Prefer to play with "hardcore option"-you make your move, you check your move, you send your move-you're stuck with your move-no matter what. Will play either new or experienced PBEM UV player.
