[1.9.5.2] Music setting not saved

I don't care for the music to DW and have it turned off. However every time I start the game these days the music plays until I again go into Options and turn it back down to minimum.

I have a similar issue. except the sliders are where they are supposed to be music off and effects low. the actual sound plays as if its higher. every time i quit and restart the game i have to reset the the sound by clicking on its current position for it to lower the volume.
