this was porbably asked,but i'm lazy fuk,so i'll ask myself.
is there a way to make it so,that every character class would have it's own pic instead one for all ?

Short answer = No.

Longer Answer: Not in a generic random agent way, but you can kinda do it if you don't mind having set names and doing a bit of work (which given the lazy fuk thing...).

What you have to do is create a generic character text file, and then make a generic character of each type and set a couple of "?"'s for each skill and a "?" for a trait (or more if you want generally better agents) for example for Leaders:

1, John Doe, 1, leader.png, , ?, ?, ?, ?, 0, 0, 0, 0, ?, 0, 0

Once you've done one of each save the file as a template, then copy it for each race.
In each races character file replace the png with the specific one for that race and duplicate the entry for each role at least ten times. Give them all appropriate names and there you go.

You can mix the names up a bit by replacing the appearance number at the start (the first 1 in the example) with a "?" which randomises the order but has the downside of meaning you can start with a random number of characters in various roles.
