Defence Base Retrofits

Haven't been able to retrofit defence bases from the ships menu since Universe came out. Can anyone else confirm this bug?

No problems here at all upgrading defense bases in any version of Universe.

I have seen this <sometimes>. In those cases where I could not refit from Ship Menu, I was able to refit from the bottom left submenu.

I think I saw the same with my spaceports, but I did not study the situation closely, and shut down the game for that night. They retrofitted just fine later in the game.

Haven't experienced this issue with space ports. Perfectly able to retrofit defensive bases from selection panel button on main screen. In ships screen I haven't seen an available retrofit in the dropdown select for defensive bases since Universe came out. Steam and Matrix versions, no difference.

I've periodically experienced it with early defensive bases. Worked fine with the base selected on the main screen, but nothing appeared in the dropdown in the bases screen. Later in the game it started working correctly again.
