LSA blinking at windows xp sp3

I do not know what happens but when I play the game, it starts to blink. I can not play this.

Odd. It's not something I've ever heard of before.

The entire display of the game is blinking, or just parts of it?

Has this always happened or did it just start to happen recently?

It sounds like some sort of odd video driver/card issue. Does it happen both full screen and windowed?
