City & river names on map mod?

Is there a mod out there that enables city and river names to be indicated on the map? Would be nice and add flavour to the gaming.

I've never seen one. It is possible, but it would take a bit of work making me tiles just for that specific river

You can see the names by clicking or hovering your mouse over the hex.

Look at the menu on the right. You will see the name.
