Window won't resize

Hi all -

I've been away for several months and have a new email address, hence the name Koniev 2.

I fired up Dosbox and got Pacwar running but for some reason I can'r adjust the size of the window. It stays the same size as the small Dosbox window and I don't have the little arrows to enlarge it. The full screen button at the top is "greyed out" and doesn't work. One other thing, my mouse only works in the Pacwar window. Anybody got any sugggestions?
