I'm properly embarrassed. After several months of being away, I've forgotten how to play and am trying to get back into it. Would somebody please tell me how to access the UNIT menu?

I have a "pdf" version of the original game manual, if that would help. However, it's 1.6 MB in size, so I can't simply post it.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

Thanks you, Capt. I guess I panicked a little. BTW, I used to be just plain old Koniev but have switched internet providers and re-registering was easiest way to get back on. I'm up and running now.
