Install Issue

Hard drive crashed though I have backups of all my install files and WITE, WITP, WIF, Command, etc... all install fine but this one gives me a bunch of CRC errors on install and even if I hit ignore does not install all the files and games crashes on the main screen when clicking new game, load game, etc....

Any way to resolve without spending another $50?

Can't you just download it again using your serial number, from the Members Area?

I just tried and the original CO:BFTB file was not up there as available (under 'My Orders' in the members Section, under the SUPPORT tab)though Battles for Greece and HTTR were both there readily available to download again. Might be that Matrix only started that system a certain time ago. But if you wrote to them with your serial number I'm sure they would organise a download for you. Assuming you were already a member in the members section then the serial number will be there under 'My Serial Numbers' (Support tab). Not sure what you would do if you've forgotten your password to the members section and have lost the original email. Write to matrix and ask, I guess.
