Missing coastal & unit organization asterisk

I have an unusual problem. I recently had a performance/virus scrub done on my computer. When it was done I found at least
two things missing from WiTP AE
1. The coastal routing for TF routing control was gone. I've got direct, normal, etc., but not coastal
2. On lists of ground units, the asterisk indicating that a unit is part of a bigger unit is gone. I can see its organization
if I click on the unit, but don't see the asterisk

Should I reload the latest release of WiTP AE and where do I find it?

Also, if I reload, what will that wipe out?

From memory, both of those features were patched in.

What patching did you do to the base game install? You may have overwritten to an early patch, or you might have a corrupt install. I'd bet that more than those two features are missing.

I'm sorry, Bullwinkle, but I don't recall. I remember that the Coastal routing was part of a big patch, but don't recall
which one. Can someone tell me what was the last big patch Matrix released and where to find it?

Try reinstalling the last official patch. Then try the last beta patch. If it asks to over write say yes. This is the only thing I can think of that may help short of reloading the game from scratch. GP
