Empire Navigation Tool Bar Opacity Question

Anyone know how I can change the opacity for the Empire Navigation Tool bar on the left middle side of the page? I find it very difficult to read the text with the light gray background.

Can't change the opacity, you could try a replacement galaxy map for better contrast Darkspire has some links here tm.asp?m=3450380
