UK declared war on Japan (Not the other way around). The US is now getting 2 entry chits per turn. I don't believe that should happen.

No. That's a bug. Could you put a saved game in here (saves time to reproduce this). If possible the autosave from before the partisan phase.

It depends on where you are in the game. Starting in Jan/Feb of 1942, the US gets a second entry marker each turn.

I don't believe the war status of the Axis major powers and other Allied major powers has any effect on the number of USE markers the US draws each turn. See page 90 in RAC.

I hope this save is good for you. It is End of Action.GAM (Right prior to Partisan.GAM).

If that is correct, then there is no issues. We are M/A 42 now.
