Desert mountain Combat

I am using 2d10 chart a I found that there is no additional lost to attacker in a land attack against a desert mountain, see the picture for clarification. I don´t understand why. This is not a bug strictly maybe is more a rules fail. What dou you think about it?

It does not say "desert mountain", but I agree that the spirit of that rule should include those...
