Hi,

Open the folder where the game is installed and delete a file named "userpath.ini".

Update the game with the last public beta patch. You can download it from the forum thread below:
http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.p ... h-1-04-RC6
Unzip the downloaded file and run the extracted file to update the game.

Start a new game and check if the issue persists.

This time I was abble to play a least 1 year of the "full campaign" before the game told me that it had been unable to load a zip file (sorry i didn't wrote wich one) and that the game had to shut. Then when i try to play the last save i have the game tels me that there's been a critical error and asks me to forward you the main log and the saved game i was playin (the last one I cudn't find sorry but hereby you should find the lorg part)...

It could be an issue with the compression option. Please do the following:

Restore a previous turn (the load game interface has a button for that: click on the chip icon, then on the arrow doing a reverse turn, while you have your current game in selection). Then go to the Options menu, system and uncheck turn compression. Finally process the turn; the files generated won't be compressed anymore.

This is basically my problem when I say that I can't load a game (sorry I didn't explain it right :s). I can't access the load game interface. When I open it, an "error message" appears saying that the game has to shut down because of a "critical error" and asking me to forward you the main log and the save of the game I'm playing.

The thing I can do is to uninstall the game (I didn't find how to, it seems to be no button for it. Could you explain me plz), wait for the physical game to arrive and then install it.

ps : the problem with new patches is solved ! Just realized that I hadn't thank you for that one so thank you.

Have you delete the userpath.ini file?

To uninstall the game you should use the uninstall feature in the Windows Start menu or uninstall via Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Program and Features (Windows Vista/7/8)

Yes I did ;)

I have a last question, if this doesn't fix the problem, i'll uninstall the game to install it again : why does the game saves in C: and not in D: where I installed it ?

delzip179 is the compression library. In previous versions, compression was active by default. If you reinstalled the game, please check compression is off, then delete all saved games.
