After latest path - far slower Prod Planning?

Not sure if anyone else experience it, but the game slowed greatly in the Production Planning (and finalization) phase, taking eons (minutes) to load at every Recompute or new nation load time.

Given the game was ongoing already so the patch was applied between saves to say.

Ontop of that the ailing issues of Resources changing from their default to their own accord, and issues which one has to headbang the game to sort (such as making the Japan resource get to Sapporo factory and not elsewhere) appear to be persisting.

I have experienced the slowed Production Planning as well.
