Japan_Fatal_Naval_Movement

Load the save file and attempt to move a Fleet Through the China Sea into the Bismarck Sea.

You will find your fleet unable to stay in the sea zone.
This has been happening ever since allied naval/air units have been parked in the China sea.

Avoiding this is not an option anymore.

It is vacation time. Most of us are away from our desktops, and Steve is about the crawl out a very complicated issue which involved phd rules gurus.
