New Syn Oil Issue?

While playing a new game of "Global War", I noticed that the 3 German Syn Oil plants were not being
listed in the production menu. Of the Italian Syn Oil Plants, one of two (the one in Milan) was being listed.
The Italian plant in Libya was not being listed.

The problem may be that the syn plants are NOT in the home country. German plants are in three different cities
of Poland (never a problem before) and as previously mentioned the Italian plant was in Libya.

Strange. Using version 1.2.0.3. those SYNTH are visible in the list and I can do with them what I want. They are stated as Idle at first, because all factories are producing...

I just had an Italian Synth Oil plant decide to not show up on the Production Planning form after placement. I noticed this after a few phases into the first turn, so I went back and redid the Italian reinforcement phase, and it happened again. I was using a few modified files - map, unit & Air - but I hadn't touched the Special Unit file, where the synth oil units are listed - so I wasn't going to bug Steve about it. I've got a fresh copy of the game on another hard drive, so I can just Copy & Paste anything acting up. I'll have to see if this crops up again with a vanilla copy of the game.

The saved game you attached behaves correctly.

My best guess is that you Used Oil from those Synthetic Oil Plants to reorganize units. If so, then those resources will not be shown on the Production Planning form until the next turn.
