[v554] Eavesdropping quick jump keys

[#Grumble]

The Quick Jump keys (1,2.3,...) are active when entering numeric values into the manual Weapon Allocation window "Allocate" field.

- load any scenario
- define Quick Jumps, CTRL-1,-2,-3
- bring up Weapon Allocation, CTRL or SHIFT F1
- Enter 123 into the Allocate field
> keyboard is slow to respond (well, depends on you machine I guess) and the tactical map jumps to locations 1 2 3 as you enter the numbers.


Playing Bass Drum I had slot 4 on Djibuti, whenever I allocated 14 or 24 LRLAPS to a target I found myself staring at Djibuti.
