HTTR Strategy Guide

I know the HTTR Strategy Guide is no longer available to purchase. However, the file is available. Is there a KEY available to activate it? Is it Public now?

If u got the game command ops with pack httr, u can download it but u got to register ur games to acces to "member's download-.
