Crashing all the time

After 7 global setup made and saving the game (every 10 minutes), we had just played well 3 impulses and the crash appears always.
Bugs: during the declaration of war and when we draw the US Markers, we can not go further.

Its disheartening and unbearable.

Please, dont tell us to email to the matrix support.
