Two questions

1. Should I be able to lay mines in the TFs home port? If I should, I can't.

2. ACMs in a TF docked in a port are not maintaining minefields. They only do it if disbanded into the port. Is this as designed?

1. Yes you can. Make sure you change "Do not lay mines" to "Lay mines" and set the home port as destination. It won´t lay mines if you just create the TF.

2. To my knowledge yes.

Also, remember to keep some fuel at the port were the ACM is working. If there is no fuel, they will not maintain the mine field...GP

The only thing I was not doing is the last bit. Frankly I grappled to understand what 'It won´t lay mines if you just create the TF' meant as the newly created TFs already had a base as their destination. Then a glimmer, you have to re-select the base as a destination.

Just as a point of practice, we generally don't post questions like this in Tech. It's a fine topic for the general forum. Tech is used for actual bug reports or suspected bugs, as Michael has limited free time and we don't want him to have to wade through dozens of threads.

Just as a point of practice, we generally don't post questions like this in Tech. It's a fine topic for the general forum. Tech is used for actual bug reports or suspected bugs, as Michael has limited free time and we don't want him to have to wade through dozens of threads.
