[1.9.5.7] Fleets don't notify when mission is complete

I noticed that fleets don't notify user in scrolling messages box or in messages history window when they complete their mission. A simple command to move fleet to a planet won't notify the player when they complete the move mission. This works for individual ships but not fleets.
